The spell is called "the Soul Shrine" and it has 3 potent elements:

The Soul Shrine: This element will draw in the energies that balance and realign "scattered" energies that result from stress, loss, overwork, lack of self care and focusing too much on others. this amazing element will as Albina explains " create a soul 'shrine' of protective energies to protect personal energies from being disturbed any further! Albina says that one will also notce they experience deep, restful sleep as well as enhanced clarity of the mind ( open channels of communication).
